Quality Management Statement

EDS BD was established in 2010 to provide quality services to clients to deliver efficient, safe and goal oriented specific engineering designs, drawing, consultancy & constructions services. 

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total clients satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:
  1. To maintain an effective Quality Assurance System complying with International Standard (Quality Systems)
  2. To achieve and maintain a level of service and performance that enhances the Company's reputation with clients
  3. To ensure compliance with relevant statuary, technical and safety requirements.
  4. To ensure compliance with the NICEIC Technical Standard, i.e. BS 7671:1992 (The IEE Wiring Regulation) and other appropriate Codes of Practice.
  5. Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints.

This policy is posted on the Company Notice Board and can also be found in the staff handbook.

Though the CEO has ultimate responsibility for Quality all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
